Registration Fees:
 - Prior to August 6, 2008:
             $195 for first registration
             $175 for each additional member

 - After to August 6, 2008 and at the door:
             $220 for first registration
             $200 for each additional member

Registration Fee Includes:
             *All sessions
             *Meals (2 lunches, 1 dinner ,1 breakfast)
             *Conference proceedings in PDF format on Compact Disk (CD)
             *Conference parking

Conference Notebooks: A limited number of conference proceedings notebooks will be available for an additional fee of $90.00. Please note on the registration form if you wish to order one.
