             $190 for each additional member (PAY BY CHECK)

 - After to August 13, 2010 and at the door:
             $230 for each registration

Conference Notebooks: A limited number of conference proceedings notebooks will be available for an additional fee of $95.00. Please note on the registration form if you wish to order one.
