Kansas Landowner Conference

YOU’RE INVITED: K-State Department of Agricultural Economics is looking forward to hosting the 2nd Annual Kansas Landowner Conference. This conference is specifically tailored to folks who have agricultural land in Kansas, but may not reside on the property, or even in the state of Kansas. The Kansas Landowner Conference is designed to be a resource where landowners can build networks and increase their knowledge in many aspects of land management. The 2024 Agenda is below.  Breakout sessions will include topics of Wind & Solar Leases, Hunting Leases, Carbon Credits, Conservation Programs, Lease Basics & Types of Leases, Farm Economy Outlook, Property Tax, Grain Marketing, Crop Insurance & Government Programs, and more!

The conference dates are October 10th and 11th, 2024 at the K-State Alumni Center in Manhattan, Kansas. A block of rooms are available at the Holiday Inn at the Campus.
