             $180 for first registration
             $160 for each additional member

 - After to August 8, 2007 and at the door:
             $200 for first registration
             $175 for each additional member

Registration Fee Includes:

             *Conference proceedings in PDF format on Compact Disk (CD)
             *Conference parking

Conference Notebooks: A limited number of conference proceedings notebooks will be available for an additional fee of $85.00. Please note on the registration form if you wish to order one.
