             $205 for first registration
             $185 for each additional member (PAY BY CHECK)

 - After to August 11, 2008 and at the door:
             $230 for each registration

Registration Fee Includes:

             *Conference proceedings in PDF format on Compact Disk (CD)
             *Conference parking

Conference Notebooks: A limited number of conference proceedings notebooks will be available for an additional fee of $95.00. Please note on the registration form if you wish to order one.
