Director of the Office of Farm and Ranch Transition at K-State, Ashlee Westerhold, joins us again to discuss the Kansas LandLink program. We are also joined by Kansas producer, Dale Springer, who is currently a participant in the program. He shares why he decided to participate in this program, his experience with it so far, and what he is looking for in a successor.
