The workshop will be an interactive, quick-paced grain marketing strategy workshop, focusing on preharvest market pricing principles and strategies. The purpose of this in-person workshop will be to help Kansas farmers develop quantifiable, actionable pre-harvest grain marketing strategies for Kansas crops produced in 2023.
Following the in-person workshops in January and February, there will be a series of monthly online follow-up meetings between March-August for workshop participants, allowing producers to stay on top of what is happening in the markets.
