2025 KFMA Farm Income Review

Joe Parcell and Jenny Ifft

Mark Dikeman and Kellen Liebsch

Ad hoc government payments, weak crop and strong livestock markets and sticky input expenses have shaped recent farm income conditions for Kansas operations. This webinar will unpack more about Kansas farm income in 2025 and will explain why the state's farm income outlook improves in 2026 but deteriorates in 2027.

This session will review farm income on Kansas Farm Management Association farms in 2025. Strong beef prices, good yields, and government payments all contributed to a significant increase in farm income compared to 2023 and 2024.
