Featuring Keynote Speaker, Lance Woodbury

 

Lance Woodbury provides facilitation and mediation services to family-owned agriculture businesses working through communication and conflict, succession and strategic planning, family giving, estate planning and governance. He also facilitates several farm and ranch peer groups, helping business owners learn from one another and build strong networks. Lance writes about family business issues for DTN/The Progressive Farmer and has authored several books on family business. He teaches Family Business Management at The Executive Program for Agriculture Producers (TEPAP) at Texas A&M University. Lance currently serves on the board of Bank of the Plains and is a Principal with Pinion, an agricultural advisory firm.

Join Kansas State University Department of Agricultural Economics' Office of Farm and Ranch Transition  and the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas for a conference to help prepare for the transition to the next generation. This conference is for any farm family in any stage of planning for a transition.
